Hoffman Car Wash is proud to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in its mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

We’ll be sponsoring the annual Light the Night walk at Siena College in Loudonville, NY, on October 14, 2023, where we will join approximately 1 million people at 140 inspirational evening walks across the US and Canada, walking to end cancer. This annual walk celebrates, honors, and remembers those touched by cancer.

LLS is at the forefront of the fight to cure cancer. Compared to other blood cancer nonprofits, LLS is the largest funder of cutting-edge research to advance cures. We have invested nearly $1.6 billion in research. We are leaders in advancing breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine. This research saves lives. These revolutionary new treatments originally discovered through blood cancer research are now being tested in clinical trials for other cancers.

At Light The Night, it is our aim to bring light to the darkness of cancer through research and cures. Light The Night is a series of fundraising campaigns benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) funding of research to find blood cancer cures. We bring hope instead of despair by working to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients. We bring communities together to celebrate those who are fighting the disease and to honor those we have lost.

Since 1949, the LLS has invested more than $1.6 billion in cancer research, funding nearly 200 current grants worldwide.

You can find out more about Light the Night and the Luekemia & Lymphoma Society at their website, lightthenight.org.

The event is part of Hoffman Car Wash’s “Practice Kindness” initiative to spread positivity and goodwill in the communities it serves. In 2022, Hoffman Car Wash supported Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless (IPH), Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), and the ALS Regional Center, among many other initiatives.

Hoffman Car Wash also supports many non-profits and youth organizations through its Helping Hands Fundraising program.
